We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort and happiness. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the room and bathroom were well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast, a huge plus. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and a tram station nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities were great.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access the most interesting sites in Istanbul. there are plenty of restaurants and tourist destinations nearby, providing endless options for dining and exploring. The staff is also mentioned as being helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some guests mentioned that the rooms were a bit small and could feel crowded, especially if you have multiple large suitcases.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the old city with all the major attractions just a short walking distance away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They provided me with useful information about the city and were always ready to help. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and even a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious local foods homemade, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

The location was perfect, close to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and nice. There were plenty of cheap restaurants nearby and the hotel was well-furnished.

The staff at Raimond Hotel were really nice too help me when my credit cards and wallet were stolen. They assisted in canceling cards and even lent me money until I could sort everything out with my family. The friendly atmosphere and really good assistance made a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.
